The day, November 7, 1946, was extremely exciting for Robert Lee Conville, Sr., and Ava Nell Kelly Conville. Their first child, Dianne Louise, made her appearance. Born after World War II, Dianne is a Baby Boomer.
Today is Dianne’s 77th birthday and I am excited! You see, Dianne is my Mom. The last few months have been anxious months since we found out she needed a pacemaker. I am thankful that she has received the pacemaker and her heart rate is maintained at a much better rate than 28 or 47.
Dianne’s mom, dad, and younger brother Bob, all passed away at young ages. This is another reason that I am excited that she has arrived at this day! I pray that she lives a long life like her grandmother, Mary Bell Conville. I know that life in Heaven with all her loved ones, which includes my daddy, will be so sweet and so much better; nevertheless, life on earth with her in it is so sweet to all of us.
GrannyMaw has been the glue that has held us together all our lives. She has instilled in us the need for a relationship with God, prayer, Bible study, and fellowship with other believers. Oh…for certain the need for family time! The holidays are upon us and I can’t wait for a game or two of Liverpool Rummy. Let me say, we can get so loud it is pitiful. Makes Uncle Danny nervous!
Happy, happy Birthday, GrannyMaw! You are the Ultimate!!!
